Notre origine régionale et sociale nous amène à proposer de nombreuses activités ou visites régulières qui s’adressent traditionnellement aux seniors plus âgés : matinées de jeux de société, gymnastique sur chaise, cinéma au club, le dimanche – mieux vaut ensemble que tout seul… Autant d’occasions de se retrouver en bonne compagnie.
Mais les plus jeunes ne sont pas négligés pour autant : stretching, gymnastique du dos, randonnée de 8-10 km, cours de cuisine, ateliers créatifs, réunions d’information, activités favorisant l’inclusion numérique, courts séjours, activités extraordinaires (vol en montgolfière, vol avec une petite Antonov)…
À long terme, nous visons à proposer un programme qui s’adresse au plus grand nombre en trouvant le bon équilibre entre activités dynamiques et douces. Compte tenu de la taille de notre beau canton, il s’agit d’un défi considérable, mais que nous sommes très heureux de relever.
